Job Description: As a Copier Technician at AZOR, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and reliability of our customers copier and printing services. Your expertise will ensure that all customer equipment operates at peak performance, minimizing downtime and maximizing client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair services for copiers, printers, and related equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and accurate solutions.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks and update service records.
  • Provide training and support to clients on how to use equipment efficiently.
  • Manage inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring availability for repairs and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical insights and support for client consultations.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry technologies and trends to recommend upgrades and improvements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
  • Basic understanding of networking, printer setups and printer functionality. Wiliness to learn.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites within the assigned region.
