Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction and be proficient in using Knowify software. As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical installation activities on construction sites. You will lead a team of electricians and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will utilize Knowify software to manage project schedules, track labor and material costs, and communicate with project stakeholders. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively manage resources and solve problems on site.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities on construction sites.
- Lead a team of electricians and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
- Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to plan and coordinate installation activities.
- Allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor work progress and performance to identify and resolve issues or delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and training to electricians and apprentices as needed.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns.
- Utilize Knowify software to manage project schedules, track labor and material costs, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of work activities, including daily reports, time sheets, and material usage.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in electrical construction is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and installation methods.
- Proficiency in using Knowify software for project management and scheduling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
