Work OT to accomplish the tasks given.

Experience:

All experience levels are welcome to apply. However, there will be expectations such as the following:

1. Competent use of a multimeter.
2. Competent use of a PT chart.
3. Understanding what low, medium, and high temp systems are.
4. Ability to read a wiring diagram.
5. Ability to brazed copper to copper.
6. Ability to use a mircon gauge.
7. Ability to learn new concepts.

Type of work:

We work for commercial kitchens in Los Angeles and Orange County. You will be expected to work on reach ins, walk ins, undercounters, beer chillers, etc. For the hot side we work on ovens, ranges, fryers, etc. HVAC is also on the menu but that is a rare event.
