The Opportunity: We're seeking an experienced residential technician to join our tenured, tight knit team to lead the development of our residential service and retrofit department. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a new venture within a well-established company. Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential HVAC service and retrofit
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices
  • Commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of technicians
  • Sales Experience
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
