About the Role

Printers 3 is seeking a Bindery Operator to join our team full-time. Primary responsibilities operating various bindery and finishing machinery to complete printed products. As a tight-knit, driven and fast-paced team, we are seeking dependable teammates who can help contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate perfect binding, saddle stitching, folder, auto creaser, cutter, stitcher laminator, die cutter, and shrink wrapper (willing to train on some equipment for the right person

· Carefully read work orders to determine job specifications and set up machines

· Ability to perform maintenance on equipment, such as knives, guides, rollers, and folders

· Other essential functions to support high-quality service and output

Qualifications

· At least two years of prior experience working with bindery and finishing equipment in the printing industry.

· Problem-solving initiative to troubleshoot equipment issues

· Ability to communicate and work effectively with others

· Attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Dedicated spirit and diligent work ethic
