What We Are Looking For?

Lead small group of machine shop employees operating laser, and Brake Press, etc. in accordance with production schedule in a sheet metal fabrication factory. Job will involve setting up several helpers to run production on these machines as well.

What You'll Do:

  • Remain disciplined in processes and procedures
  • Laser and Brake Press experience preferred
  • Be proactive in seeing issues before they become an issue
  • Bring new ideas to production for more effective processes
  • Develop and mentor employees through effective training and consistent feedback to include bi-weekly check-ins and quarterly one on ones
  • Oversee all daily operations of area assigned from production and manufacturing to ensure policies and procedures are followed
  • Develop and improve processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity
  • Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
  • Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
  • Commit to plant safety procedures
