Position Summary: 

 

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for supervising warehouse personnel in receiving inbounds supplies and materials, as well as in storing and outbound shipping. Responsibilities include supervising others, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring quality of goods, preparing relevant documentation, storing goods, picking orders, and other related tasks assigned by Warehouse Manager and Executive Officers.

 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: 

 

·        Maintain, train, evaluate, and develop inbound and outbound warehouse staff

·        Maintain high safety standard and ensure compliance for all areas of responsibility

·        Place and take calls on status and location of shipments 

·        Manage all movement and storage of inbound materials and products 

·        Manage all movement, storage, and distribution of outbound materials and products

·        Oversee daily operations of the warehouse to ensure that shipments of all goods are timely and accurate

·        Coordinate and manage logistics for safe and efficient storage and distribution of goods

·        Arrange warehouse areas for effective space utilization, lot traceability, clean, and organized

·        Able to work on weekends and Holidays as needed

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

 

·        High school diploma or equivalent preferred

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office software preferred

·        2+ years of warehouse lead related experience

·        Forklift

·        Cherry pickers 

·        Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

         Bilingual (Spanish/English) 

·        Professional communication skills
