Operation Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

On a regular basis, an Operation Assistant Position need to:

  • Communicate with Customers
  • Process Customers orders
  • Carry out other tasks as requested by managers
  • Responsible for providing a positive customer experience that leads to improved satisfaction and sales.
  • process transactions accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously introducing products that meet the customers’ needs
  • Under the general supervision of the Operation Manager, an Operation Manager Assistant is responsible for maintaining a positive, helpful attitude and approach in providing excellent customer service to all customers.

Preferred Candidate Will Have the Following:

  • MS Office/Excel and other computer-related systems will be used to gather supporting information and produce reports.
  • This position must complete orders accurately and timely.
  • Requires organization and planning skills along with being very detailed with all work assignments.
  • College degree.
  • Ability to work independently under various levels of pressure.
  • Ability to effectively respond to a wide range of urgent requests and changes on a regular basis.
  • Ability to follow visual, verbal, and written instructions
  • English written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented, analytical skills.
  • Bilingual: speak, write and read English and Chinese preferred.
  • Working understanding of shipment forwarding / custom declaration.
  • Must be able to handle a large volume of work; extra hours may be necessary at times
  • Reliable
  • Ability to sit or stand in one place for extended periods
  • Experience in Sage 50 accounting program.
  • Experience with Customer Care preferred;
  • Able to work full time, Monday through Friday.
  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card
