Masterson Staffing Solutions is hiring for a full-time internal role as an Onsite Supervisor at our client site located in Lakeville MN. This position requires monitoring employees placed onsite. Ensuring high retention, as well as providing progressive discipline and ensuring employees follow company policies and procedures.

Shift Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 2:00PM-11PM

Essential Job Functions

• Manage and update personnel records through complete and accurate documentation.
• Communicate with all employees to build rapport, respond to inquiries and resolve conflicts.
• Communicate, take orders and provide status reports, monitor attendance and performance, and conflict resolution.
• Manage and update records with complete and accurate documentation.
• Maintain ongoing professional relationships with the client, using Masterson Staffing Solutions into their daily operations.
• Attend check-ins to monitor customer satisfaction and quality.
• Collect and audit timecards, distribute checks, and resolve any outstanding payroll problems.
• Report all claims of alleged harassment and/or discrimination
• Additional related duties as assigned

• Must have a flexible schedule to ensure all client needs are met.

Preferred

• Successful experience in a service industry
• Bachelor's Degree
• Management/Supervisor experience

Acceptance for the Supervisor position is contingent upon a qualifying background check and drug screen. You must maintain reliable transportation, we are not accessible via public transportation.
