This position is located at a beautiful RV Park in Coarsegold and is an excellent opportunity for someone who has accounting knowledge and is proficient in bookkeepng especially in a hospitality environment.  Duties include:

• Maintains records of financial transactions
• Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating and posting transactions
• Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends
• Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed
• Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations
• Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities
• Presents a positive and professional image for the organization

Qualifications:

• AS in Accounting with 2 years experience in accounting or bookkeeping - or equivalent in education/experience
• Proficient in Quick Books online
• Problem solving skills
• Organizational skills

Must have a hospitality orientation, be committed to teamwork, accuracy, and work cooperatively with the team.

Salary range - $21 - 23 per hour
