Job duties include enrolling youth and volunteers into our mentoring program and providing professional case management to matches. Enrollment duties specifically include interviewing, screening, and assessing volunteers, children and their families. Case management includes monitoring and supporting the development of mentoring relationships between volunteers and children, providing regular supervision, outcome planning, and support. 


This position requires strict adherence to agency and national service delivery procedures.  Requires Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree + 2 years relevant experience, or 4+ years relevant experience.
