Old Dominion Animal Health Center in Mclean, VA is seeking an energetic, outgoing and professional person. Exceptional customer service and telephone skills a MUST Animal hospital experience is a plus, but we will train the right person that has amazing customer service skills. Must be flexible with schedule and some weekends are required.

This position consists of a lot of smiling, greeting, communicating, and catering to our clients and patients every need. Being a hospital, we have to be professional, caring, and organized under pressure and stressful situations. Handling medical records requires that there be no lack in the candidate’s ability to keep accurate, legible and detailed records. Outstanding phone skills are mandatory and require that the candidate be well spoken, clear, and with a friendly tone at all times.

In conclusion, we are looking for the highest quality customer service person with a professional appearance and skills.
