Job DescriptionJob Description

As an HVAC Install Assistant you will assist with the following:

  • Removing and installing new HVAC systems, including duct work in a residential setting.
  • Work closely with the installation lead to provide timely and accurate installation of HVAC equipment.

The MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for HVAC Install Assistant

  • Reliable attendance
  • Prior hands-on mechanical experience and knowledge helpful
  • Valid local driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Acceptable criminal background record
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work alongside crew partner(s), also independently and accurately
  • Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools
  • Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in the English language
