Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Mailroom Clerk. As a Mailroom Clerk, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient mail distribution.

Responsibilities:
- Sort and distribute incoming mail to appropriate departments or individuals
- Prepare outgoing mail for pickup or shipment
- Operate office equipment such as postage meters and mail processing machines
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with inventory management of office supplies and materials
- Organize and file documents as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of important documents
- Perform general clerical tasks as assigned

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures is beneficial
- Ability to load and unload packages, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
