Job Title: Angular Developer

Pay Rate: $60 - $65 per hour
Location: Hybrid, Atlanta, GA

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Angular Developer to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This role is a hybrid position, requiring both remote work and on-site presence as needed. As an Angular Developer, you will collaborate closely with clients, business analysts, and team members to understand the business requirements that drive the development of quality technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis, design, development, integration, testing, and enhancement of software applications or middleware.
  • Consult with clients, business analysts, architects, and team members during the project planning process.
  • Monitor project milestones and critical dates, identifying and resolving potential schedule risks.
  • Evaluate and select software or middleware packages, supporting communication and training for successful adoption.
  • Lead and assign tasks to team members, providing input on buy vs. build recommendations.
  • Proactively analyze existing applications to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
  • Elicit, analyze, document, and communicate business or technical requirements, translating them into technical designs.
  • Provide technical leadership and input on software or system specifications, selecting tools, and prototyping solutions.
  • Develop integrated solutions, coding, integrating, and testing components, middleware, data, and systems to create seamless communications.
  • Review modules for quality assurance and compliance with software architecture standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for unit testing and coordinate integration build activities.
  • Document changes to architecture, integration, or conversion plans, and support software maintenance.
  • Provide Tier III (integration) support and technical leadership to team members, including coaching, mentoring, and documentation creation.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with Angular framework and web development.
  • Familiarity with web development platforms, content management, and UI/UX design principles.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex support issues.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to team members.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with end-users, clients, and stakeholders.
