Our private Optometrist office is in need of an accomplished Retail Sales Associate who finds motivation in working with generous commissions and who loves helping customers find solutions that will improve their lives. We're a family owned and operated business with a long track record in the community(35 years),so many of our customers are repeats or referrals who always return to us for their eye care needs. If you like working in a supportive environment and you are dedicated to excellence in your professional life,we'd love to interview you. Responsibilities:

Greet customers on entry to office and register them in our system

Open discussion on reason for visit,show inventory and products

Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations

Write and process sale and determine delivery date

Introduce opportunity for add on sale and describe their benefit to customer

Close sale with reassurance and invite their friends and family for our services

 

Skills

2-3 years of retail sales experience,commission based

College degree

High energy,friendly

Capable of relating to customers and showing them products that meet their needs

Basic addition and subtraction skills

Willingness to learn about technical aspects of products
