Technology Program Manager

Contract - Variable Hours - 20-30 hours per week estimated.

Duration: 6 Months with possible extension or conversion to W2 employment (only if candidate lives in either NYC Metro or LA Metro)

This will be a fast-paced role for a senior technology project manager with drive, creativity, and excellent communication skills. This person will play a critical role in overseeing and managing implementation of key programs essential to the company’s growth and technological advancements and ensure status is reported clearly to the SVP - Technology.

Portfolio Management

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery against a portfolio of programs including but not limited to managing the following in-flight projects.
  • Implement Scope Management Tool
  • Snowflake Implementation
  • Active directory Migration
  • Implement and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Gateway for Chat GPT
  • QualifiTransUnion/Neustar integrations with Canvas client teams
  • Zillow technical setup items
  • Cleanroom stand up – InfoSum and others as needed.
  • Data AI Proof of Concept
  • Windows 11 migration and WinHello redeployment
  • Contact Management System implementation
  • Review and documentation of on-going development efforts
  • Implement performance management systems for technology projects.

Provide support and transparency for core Infrastructure initiatives

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the core infrastructure project plans, ensuring scalability, reliability and security.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement infrastructure improvements.
  • Manage and coordinate AI testing initiatives, working closely with AI development teams.
  • Develop and enforce clean room agreements, ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy best practices.

 

Stakeholder Management & Status Reporting

  • Establish clear framework to define program stakeholders, scope, timing, resource requirements and deliverables.
  • Encourage buy-in across all stakeholder groups, including business leadership, process owners and infrastructure partners.
  • Engage senior stakeholders on a continuous basis to solicit feedback on end state objectives.
  • Leverage stakeholder insights to direct modifications and enhancements to program plans where appropriate.
  • Provide concise project status reporting to SVP - Technology, coordinating with technology teams, ensuring timely, accurate and insightful updates.
  • Manage and control project risks, effectively engaging technology teams and leadership as necessary to ensure quality of projects.
  • Highlight and escalate key blockers to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project/Program Manager in a technology driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies
  • Experience in managing complex programs involving infrastructure, data, AI and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Possess demonstrative intellectual curiosity.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Stack.
  • Fluency with the media industry.
  • Recent experience with AI platforms and testing methodology.
  • Proven success with multi-vendor and multi-department environment.
  • Mastery with PowerPoint slides, ability to create clear narratives and action plans.
