Berry & Fritzinger is recruiting an experienced civil litigation attorney. This is an opportunity to work on a broad range of dynamic and complex cases, including a high degree of client contact, court, and trial experience early on.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of civil litigation experience, including trial preparation, discovery, motions, depositions, trial and other court appearances.
  • Ability to make decisions, multi-task, prioritize, and follow through on numerous projects simultaneously.
  • Strong skills in legal research and writing, along with excellent communications skills with clients and the BF Law team.
  • An interest in being a part of the Sonoma County legal community.

Expected responsibilities:

  • Drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
  • Managing discovery and working on all aspects of pretrial to trial.
  • Conducting legal research and writing.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings.
  • Preparing for and providing support through trial.
