Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SQL Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SQL Stored Procedures, ETL processes, CRM/HR systems, as well as the Kimball method of data warehouse design. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our data infrastructure, enabling us to make data-driven decisions and enhance our business intelligence capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Design, develop, and maintain SQL Stored Procedures to optimize data management and retrieval processes.

·      Develop and optimize ETL processes to efficiently extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of CRM and HR systems with our data warehouse.

·      Implement and maintain the Kimball method of data warehouse design to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.

·      Perform data analysis and quality assurance to identify and resolve any data inconsistencies or issues.

·      Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and documentation to support our data warehouse and business intelligence initiatives.

·      Monitor and optimize database performance, ensuring scalability and high availability.

·      Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in SQL development, ETL, data warehousing, and business intelligence.

·      Collaborate with IT teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver data infrastructure that supports business goals.

Requirements:

·      3+ years of experience in SQL development, with a strong focus on stored procedures and data warehousing.

·      Proven experience in ETL processes and tools, as well as CRM/HR systems integration.

·      Knowledge of Kimball method data warehouse design principles and best practices.

·      Proficiency in SQL and other relevant programming languages.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues.

·      Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
