Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a reliable receptionist who works well in a team setting. We are looking for someone who is well organized and can multitask in a fast pace environment and can be flexible.
- Check in/out patients
- Schedule patient appointments (testing, office visits, procedure, etc.)
- Answer/triage phone calls
- Call patients to confirm their appointments
- Verify insurances
- Collect co-payments/patient balances
- Checking faxes
