Senior Counsel

We are seeking at least one (1) highly skilled Senior Counsel to join our legal team.
10 or more years prior experience required negotiating, documenting, and closing matters involving infrastructure project finance, particularly Government-financed projects.
Specifically, the ideal candidate would have extensive experience involving:
- municipal finance deals that are tax-driven and/or involving third-party tax-equity investors.
- loan contracts, security instruments, letters of credit, deposit account control agreements, collateral assignments, and related documents.
- intercreditor agreements involving forbearance agreements (to support tax equity investments).
- infrastructure projects or equivalent experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state of Maryland or DC or ability to obtain licensure.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing law with expertise in legal drafting, securities law, and finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
