Orange Dental Partners is a multi-specialty group practice looking for an EXPERIENCED Lead Dental Assistant.

Candidates must have a valid Florida Dental Radiology License. Applying candidates MUST have a minimum of 3 years Lead Dental Assisting experience. The ideal candidate should be bi-lingual (Spanish) and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management
  • Maintaining clinical area to OSHA standards
  • Leadership and training of clinical support staff
  • Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
  • Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have
  • Take vital signs and accurately record medical history
  • Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures
  • Assist dentist during procedures and exams
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
Qualifications
  • Current Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certificate or state licensure by the Dental Assisting National Board's (DANB)
  • Previous experience as a lead dental assistant
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to provide high-quality patient care
