We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team at our outpatient physical therapist facility You will plan physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life.

Job Summary: Evaluate and treat patients to help them recover from injuries, manage pain, and improve mobility. Design personalized treatment plans, provide therapeutic exercises, and educate patients on injury prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Assessment: Conduct evaluations to diagnose physical impairments and develop treatment plans.
  • Treatment Implementation: Deliver therapeutic interventions, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Patient Education: Instruct patients on exercises, self-care, and injury prevention.
  • Collaboration: Work with healthcare teams and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years experience as a licensed physical therapist preferred, but not required.
  • Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
  • Licensure: State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Skills: Strong diagnostic and communication skills, physical stamina.
