ROLE SCOPE  

Joining Bluprintx as the Global Head of People, your primary focus lies in developing and executing people-centric strategies that underpin the organisation's success. Working closely with business leaders, you'll establish priorities and lay the foundational elements necessary for a thriving People team.

 

People Strategy and Development: 

  • Spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive people strategies aligned with Bluprintx's business objectives. 
  • Collaborate with business leaders to embed company culture, vision, values, and behaviours into core processes such as performance management and decision-making. 
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust pay and benefits packages to remain competitive in the market and foster employee satisfaction. 
  • Utilise data and analytics to inform strategic people decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth plans. 
  • Lead the ongoing development of the operating model, adapting to the changing needs of the business as it expands into new geographies and markets. 

 

Employee Engagement and Retention: 

  • Drive communication and engagement initiatives to foster a cohesive and motivated workforce. 
  • Develop and implement programs to recognise and reward high-performing employees, promoting a positive work culture. 
  • Conduct regular employee surveys, analyse feedback, and implement action plans to address areas of improvement. 

 

Mergers and Acquisitions Integration: 

  • Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to integrate people-focused strategies following mergers and acquisitions. 
  • Develop and execute integration plans to ensure smooth transitions and retention of key talent. 
  • Facilitate cultural integration, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing between different teams and locations. 

 

Talent Acquisition, Development & Retention Processes: 

  • Curate an employee onboarding program both for acquired businesses as well as net-new employee hiring 
  • Design and implement training and development programs to address skill needs at all levels, fostering a culture of continuous learning. 
  • Identify external training resources and partnerships to enhance learning opportunities for employees. 
  • Develop and implement talent retention strategies for critical skills 

 

Certifications and Professional Development: 

  • Identify relevant certifications and professional development opportunities for employees, supporting their career growth and development. 
  • Establish processes for tracking and supporting employees' professional development journeys. 

 

ESG Initiatives: 

  • Drive the implementation of ESG initiatives within the people-focused framework, promoting environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical governance practices. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement ESG policies and programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards. 

 

HR Law and Compliance: 

  • Stay updated on HR laws and regulations across regions, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations in each location of operation. 
  • Establish and maintain HR policies and practices in accordance with applicable laws. 

 

Skills and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (Master's preferred). 
  • Extensive experience in people-focused roles and HR leadership. 
  • Proven track record in developing and executing people strategies, fostering employee engagement, and driving organisational growth. 
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations (including US HR Law) mergers and acquisitions integration, compensation management, and training and development. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and locations.
