Are you a dedicated pharmacist seeking an opportunity to make a difference in long-term care settings? RPH On The Go is seeking a skilled and compassionate pharmacist to join our team in Cambridge, Maryland. As a Long Term Care Staff Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Dispense medications accurately and efficiently according to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Review medication orders and patient profiles to ensure appropriateness, accuracy, and safety.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes.
  • Provide drug information and education to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
  • Oversee pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing pharmacy practice.

Shift:

  • 8:00pm - 7:00am, 7 on 7 off

Qualifications:

  • Pharmacy experience.
  • Maryland Pharmacy license.
