Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced lender to join our team As the Manager/President, you will develop business strategies and objectives, provide leadership, and oversee operations. Ultimately, your goal is to ensure long-term financial stability and growth to help meet our credit union member's financial needs. The ideal candidate must be a confident and thoughtful leader with excellent business acumen and a strong vision for the company. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Direct operations, including planning and implementing programs, policies, and procedures
  • Develop, recommend, and supervise a budget consistent with the overall strategic plan
  • Provide oversight of the consumer and real estate lending functions
  • Ensure the credit union is in compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations
  • Promote the company’s vision, mission, and company values
  • Oversee all operations 
  • Evaluate, track, and report on company performance and goals
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is preferred
  • Previous experience in management or similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of sound practices in all aspects of financial management
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
