We are seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, hospitality, and leadership, with a proven track record of success in restaurant management. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as local regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency to uphold our standards of excellence and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase revenue, and maximize profitability.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, addressing feedback, resolving complaints, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus, specials, and promotions that appeal to our target audience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with guests and team members.
  • Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to multitask, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
