Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Creation: Design and develop innovative and seasonal menus that reflect our restaurant’s concept and exceed guest expectations.

  • Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.

  • Staff Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, while minimizing waste and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

  • Quality Assurance: Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

  • Guest Interaction: Occasionally interact with guests to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction, enhancing the overall dining experience.

  • Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ideas into the kitchen to keep the menu fresh and exciting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.

  • Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • A creative mindset with a passion for developing unique and delicious dishes.

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
