Technical skills (Required - Mandatory)

  • 1 year of experience supporting Microsoft systems (Windows7, 8.1,10)
  • Must know PC hardware architecture
  • Must know typical desktop applications (i.e., MS Office, virus scan, Ghost, etc.)
  • Service skills
  • valid Driver's Licence as a company car will be assigned to the selected candidate.

Areas of Responsibilities:

 

The role is expected to carry out the following functions/activities as part of this job.

· Provide level1 support. desktop/ laptop replacement/setup

· Commissioning / Decommissioning Hardware to/from different locations. Our customer will provide a company car

 

Overall Experience (in yrs.): 1 year
