**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized living space for both residential and Airbnb space. We are a start up with plans to grow rapidly and the right candidate will have many opportunities to grow with the company.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

- Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens to ensure a hygienic environment

- Clean and care for floors, including carpet cleaning when necessary

- Handle commercial cleaning tasks as required

- Launder and change linens as needed

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients

- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities

- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

- Stock and maintain supply rooms

- Ability to work independently and efficiently.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in cleaning or related fields is preferred

- Knowledge of floor care and stain removal techniques is advantageous

- Ability to launder and maintain linens effectively

- Proficient in general cleaning tasks including dusting, sanitizing, and vacuuming

- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients effectively

- Experience with carpet cleaning methods is beneficial

- Understanding of cleanliness standards in Airbnbs or similar environments

- Cleaning post-construction experience is a plus

- Excellent time management skills.

- Availability on weekends is a must.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.99 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
