We are a very busy Dermatology Practice looking for a Front Desk Receptionist/Admin Assistant. This position's primary responsibilities are listed below. Must be punctual, professional in demeanor and attire, excellent organizational skills and knowledgeable in Word, Excel and EMR.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors
  • Answer multi-line phones professionally
  • Take and deliver accurate and timely messages to ensure resolution
  • Scanning, updating patient information, answering inbound calls, confirming and scheduling appointments
  • Prepare daily patient charts
  • Opening and closing financial batches for the day
  • Order and stock office
  • Daily communication with patients to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Provide direct secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the Practice Manager and Providers


Must be able to travel to Palm Bay, Viera, Rockledge, Merritt Island and Titusville
