Job Summary:

We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team You will oversee project planning, scheduling, site safety, and implementation at a single project.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all duties as expected of a commercial superintendent.
  • Project oversight from pre-construction to Certificate of Occupancy
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Log daily site activities and update schedules
  • Lead weekly meetings with your PM, A&E and client
  • Maintain as-built plans
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications
  • Drive to multiple jobsites to supervise work

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a commercial construction superintendent
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity using Dropbox
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • EXPERT in reading plans
  • Have a range of handy skills
  • Physically active, this is a large job site.
  • Must be able to pass a background check for access to the airport tarmac.

Project

Your job will begin on 7/30/24. The project consists of  site development, structural modifications to a warehouse, electrical distribution and office T.I.

Notes: You will not be paid for driving time. If you live 100 miles away, that's your choice. Work hours are M-F, 6:30AM to 3:30PM on site.
