We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from estimating to implementation
- Assist with monthly preparation of draw requests and track change orders
- Prepare daily summary reports; monthly financial forecasts and project profit & loss
- Interface with owners, contractors, architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients
- Negotiate with suppliers to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management
- Working knowledge in concrete and framing
- Familiarity with construction estimatiing software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
