Job DescriptionJob Description

We are currently seeking a Foreman to run commercial projects and equipment installation. Projects will very form renovations to new construction, office space, medical space, restaurants, and warehouse space. Equipment installation will very from upgrading building services to installing pipe, wire, disconnects and breakers for manufacturing, automotive or restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Read blueprints and specifications.
  • Work with GCs and customers to stay on schedule and install in accordance with the scope of work.
  • Work with your project manager to keep track of job costs and change orders.
  • Manage a crew of 2-12 men.
  • Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
  • Troubleshoot motor and control systems
  • Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
  • Adhere to all quality and safety codes

​​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in electrical contracting as a lead/foreman.
  • Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
  • Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
