Remote PMHNP

Job Description:

Lumina Psychiatry is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in New Jersey to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your home while enjoying a flexible schedule that we build around your availability.

Responsibilities:

• Provide telepsychiatry services to patients with common psychiatric conditions, including ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Panic Disorder, and more.
• Manage patients on various medications, including chronic benzodiazepines, SSRIs, low-dose antipsychotics as adjuncts to SSRIs, stimulants, and benzodiazepines as needed.
• Collaborate with a medical director and be open to feedback and suggestions.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and maintain thorough documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Active PMHNP license in New Jersey.
• DEA license in New Jersey.
• Experience managing patients on chronic benzodiazepines, SSRIs, low-dose antipsychotics as adjuncts to SSRIs, stimulants, and benzodiazepines as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Open-minded and receptive to feedback from the medical director.
