We’re looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join the team of a leading area manufacturer where you’ll play a vital role in supporting the workforce and maintaining a positive work environment. (Must live within a commutable distance).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold the company’s mission, vision, and values in daily activities.
  • Foster positive colleague relations through effective communication and prompt attention to concerns.
  • Provide support to both hourly and salaried colleagues on company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Engage with employees through various activities, contributing to a positive and inclusive work atmosphere.
  • Adhere to and promote all safety procedures, ensuring compliance with internal and OSHA requirements.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of HR experience with a solid grasp of HR processes and practices within a manufacturing facility
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer service mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • English fluency and mathematical proficiency are required.
