As a Customer Fulfillment and Enhancement Specialist at HotSpring Spas & Pool Tables, you will play a crucial role in helping the customers achieve ultimate satisfaction with their purchases. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each customer's experience with our products exceeds their expectations. You will work closely with our sales team to provide exceptional support before, during, and after the sale, ensuring that our customers have everything they need to enjoy their HotSpring spa or pool table to the fullest.
