  • Printing conversion and finishing operation with a proven track record of 37 is adding Project Manager to the organization due to growth and expansion

  • Salary is 60K – 85K + bonus potential (depending on education and experience)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary contact and source of information on jobs for sales, management, production personnel and customers.
  • Understand the customer’s converting needs and listen for any opportunity for services to a current customer.
  • Problem solves, gather information as needed for the highest quality product consistent with customer's requirements.
  • Order materials and plan every stage in production and completion of a job.
  • Initiate each job ticket, open, and track each job through production and communicate problems and changes to plant personnel, customers, and ownership.
  • Keep accurate records on all jobs and customer contacts.
  • Participate in weekly client calls and attend daily production meeting
  • Other duties assigned to you by the Department Manager

Requirements:
  • BS/BA is preferred or an equivalent of 5+ years in a Project Manager role working in a printing and or converting operation is required
  • 2+ years of in a project coordinator, planner, project manager, estimator or related role
  • Must have any of the following experience managing die cutting, gluing, printing, lamination, converting, finishing, etc
  • Skilled in organizational development, personnel management, resource development, and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated team player.
  • Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.
  • Flexible and able to multitask; can work with an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions
  • Experience creating and executing practical solutions problems in a manufacturing environment
