We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team The candidate will work with the Customer Experience Management Group helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. 

Ideal candidates for this role will innately be self-actualized, relationship-centered, and purposeful. The candidate will support the team by ensuring that CRM function is continually evolving culture, building partnerships, and driving value to satisfy and elevate our organizational purpose. Having the ability to proactively sense and anticipate changes affecting strategy in the environmental landscape, including organizational improvements, technological advancements, and evolving organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns 
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Exceptional ability to lead now-to-new change using positive and collaborative methods
  • Skilled and experienced in conflict negotiation and problem-solving
  • Ability to share ownership and drive results as a team
  • Ability to connect strategy to execution
  • Strategic thinker
  • Innate ability to identify the root cause of issues or problems 
  • Experience assessing and articulating risk tolerances
  • Able to identify gaps and areas that require improvements
  • Exceptional ability to lead now-to-new change using positive and collaborative methods

​Qualifications:

  • Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®) is strongly desired
  • Certified Business Relationship Manager (CBRM®) with Certificates of Experience strongly desired
  • Master of Business Relationship Management (MBRM®) strongly desired
  • 10+ years of relevant functional IT experience
  • Five or more years of experience championing organizational change, e.g., leading initiatives, products, services, or interactions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting
