Job DescriptionJob Description

Landmark Dodge Chrysler Jeep is a well-established automotive dealership seeking a top- performing Automotive Clerk for immediate hire. Dealership experience is REQUIRED.

Skills Requirements:

  • Billing deals.
  • Posting to and reconciling GL accounts.
  • Journal entry posting and maintaining accounting schedules.
  • Claim rebates and submit for payments, process payoffs and post funding notices
  • Process warranty cancellations
  • Accounts Payable

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • MUST BE detailed oriented, organized, able to handle a high volume, and work independently.
  • Ability to work calculator, copy machine, fax, and other general office equipment.
  • Possess an understanding of general bookkeeping.
  • Automotive experience required.
  • Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds a plus.
  • Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, and drug screening.
