Job DescriptionJob Description
  • Create and implement lesson plans
  • Ensure children are in a safe and loving environment
  • Mantain cleanliness of facility and classrom
  • Provides a coordinated program for a classroom of children integrating all required components including basic care, education, social service, nutrition and parent involvement and education.
  • Identifies and recommends appropriate action for problem resolution.
  • Informs Administrative Staff of concerns or questions made by parents
  • Maintains accurate sign-in and sign-out attendance records.
  • Utilize In-House Programs for daily tasks
  • Serves as liaison between parents and program director.
  • Relays information and recommendations to program director.
  • Reads to children and teaches them painting, drawing, crafts and songs.
  • Maintains a safe play environment.
  • Dresses children and changes diapers.
  • Observes and monitors children’s play activities.
  • Communicates with children’s parents or guardians about daily activities, behaviors, and related issues.
  • Sanitizes toys and play equipment.
  • Organizes and participates in recreational activities and outings, such as field Trips
