Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling, screening, recruiting, and interviewing potential candidates
  • On-board and train new employees
  • Responsible to oversee all active associates, attend to their staffing needs, payroll questions, etc.
  • Implement company culture, values, and policies
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
  • Accurately maintain employee files
  • Contacting and communicating with customers via email/phone
  • Complete new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet expectation of the job
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Review and analyze resumes
  • Attending and scheduling job fairs
  • Conduct drug screens
  • Conduct background checks
  • Collecting time, submitting to payroll
  • Safety walkthroughs
  • Meeting the needs and questions of current and future employees

Additional Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years as an On-site
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Duties:

  • ​​​​​​Working overtime and some weekends (must have a flexible schedule) and have own vehicle.
  • Shift: Monday-Friday 6am-4pm; Saturdays when needed
