Position Summary

We are seeking a Sales Representative to promote and sell our crane and rigging services to potential clients. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. Success in this position will be measured by meeting or exceeding sales targets and effectively representing our brand.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and challenges.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our crane and rigging services, staying updated on features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals and secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, including contract negotiation and order processing.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, including activity reports and forecasts.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support, addressing client inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and goals, consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field preferred or, equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales role or related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally 50-75%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Machinery moving, industrial construction, crane or, rigging sales experience is highly desirable.
  • Background in crane sale, operation or, rigging is highly desirable.
