Job Overview and Responsibilities

Qualifications:

· Must be 18 years of age or older

· Must meet all requirements to obtain a SIDA badge for designated station

· Must have a valid California drivers license

· Must have a cellular phone to communicate and clock in and out of shift

· Be able to lift at least 50lbs

· No experience required, on the job training provided

Responsibilities:

· Operate ramp scrubber, pick-up truck, pressure washer, or occasional heavy equipment as needed

· Clean and maintain building and/or facilities, i.e. scrubbing, sweeping, and trash collection

· Perform regular scrubbings and pressure washes as scheduled

· Respond to emergency calls from customers, managers, and/or co-workers promptly

· Follow procedures for the safe use of chemical cleaners and equipment

· Notify management/maintenance regarding minor or major repairs of equipment or the need to restock supplies or fuel

· Clean and maintain equipment to be presentable to customers

· Perform basic fluid checks on equipment, and replenish fluids as needed

· Occasionally assist mechanics with minor equipment repairs

· Occasional parts delivery

· Effectively communicate with co-workers, managers, and customers
