Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Full-Time, On-Site | $200K Annually + Benefits + PTO + CME Allowance | M-F, Business Hours only
About: Join an outpatient psychiatry provider offering psychotherapy, medication management, TMS, Ketamine, and Spravato.
Purpose: Provide comprehensive mental health care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Day-To-Day:
Under MD supervision...
- Conduct high-quality, culturally competent virtual clinical evaluation and medication management appointments
- Conduct initial intakes and follow-up evaluations
- Adjust medication regimen as needed
- Support patients with information and/or introduction to other therapies like TMS, Spravato, etc
- Ensure high-quality and timely clinical documentation and compliance
- Partner with care teams to create longer-term treatment plans when necessary
- Participation in company malpractice insurance
- Embedded care navigation
