Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for Inside side sales/CSR who are eager to learn the supply chain/ logistics business and deliver unparalleled customer service for a strong organization that is in a tremendous growth mode.

·        Full-time job on 1st shift.

·        Logistics Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

·        Approach customer's needs and process export/ domestic shipments with a sense of urgency

·        Communicate with customers and provide exceptional service

·        Learn all aspects of logistics/ exports

·        Prepare documents and invoices

·        Perform data entry

·        Experience in handling invoices and bill of lading.

·        Coordinate with clients for orders.

·        Filing claims when required

·        Making credit memos for clients.

·        Logistics Customer Service Representative Requirements:

·        High School Diploma/ GED

·        Proficiency with computer applications

·        Dynamic customer rapport; professional

·        Basic accounting knowledge

·        Sound troubleshooting skills

 

 

Compensation:

  • $30-50k
  • Discretionary bonus
  • Mdv with portion covered

  • On site
  • 8-5
