### Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with a strong background in IoT technologies and a passion for excellence in customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert phone support to our diverse clientele, conducting periodic training sessions, and managing the onboarding process for new customers. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

### Key Responsibilities:

*   Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote troubleshooting, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

*   Conduct thorough diagnostics and problem-solving to resolve technical issues related to our IoT monitoring systems.

*   Guide customers through the setup, configuration, and optimization of their IoT systems to ensure they are fully leveraging our technology.

*   Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for customers, focusing on the features, benefits, and optimal use of our IoT solutions.

*   Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration of our technology into their operations.

*   Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to provide feedback from customers, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and services.

*   Stay up-to-date with the latest IoT technologies, industry trends, and best practices to provide informed support and advice to our clients.

### Qualifications:

*   2+ years of experience in technical support, customer service, or a related role, preferably within the IoT or technology sector.

*   Strong understanding of IoT technologies, networking, and systems integration.

*   Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

*   Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

*   Experience in conducting training sessions and public speaking is highly desirable.

*   Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

*   Passionate about technology and delivering outstanding customer service.
