Shift Timing:      8 am - 4:30 pm

 

What You’ll Do:

·       Answer and route incoming calls with a smile

·       Manage multiple phone lines efficiently

·       Provide clear and accurate information to callers

·       Support administrative tasks as needed

 

What We’re Looking For:

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Experience in a similar role preferred

·       Ability to stay calm under pressure

·       Strong organizational skills
