Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Banquet Consultant at the Chateau Ritz. As a Banquet Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and organizing their events, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional experiences for clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in event planning and consultative sales
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide exceptional service to clients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
