We are seeking a full -time supervising Medical Assistant for our clinics. You will perform clinical assignments and have consistent patient interaction to keep the practice running smoothly. Assists provider with collection, documentation, processing, and verification of information related to patient care in our EHR. Performs diagnostic tests and processes and enters results. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Communicates patient concerns and needs to the healthcare provider provides timely responses to patient inquiries and timely completion of assigned tasks. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively on the phone, in writing and via email, as well as ability to exercise discretion on sensitive and confidential matters. Ability to develop rapport and maintain positive, profession relationships with a variety of patients, staff, and physicians. Attentive to details.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing MA functions, assists in policy and procedures and work flow
  • Rooming of patients.
  • Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff such as vital signs, basic reporting of patient’s condition in EHR, inventory of medications, and other duties.

​Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of medical assistant experience.
  • Experience with electronic health records.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Qualified candidates will be considered for immediate hire. Compensation depends on experience.
